Fee schedule

If you have a valid Mental Health Care plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a $149.05 medicare rebate. Making the total out of pocket cost $85.95 

Those with private health insurance should check with their insurer to see if they are eligible for a rebate on psychology or allied health services.

Late cancellations reduce accessibility to mental health supports for others in need and impact business sustainability. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $235. Late cancellation fees are not eligible for medicare or insurance rebates. We cannot provide you with any future sessions until late cancellation fees are paid.  

We will not charge you a late cancellation fee in the case of serious illness, hospitalisation, or if someone else is available to take your appointment.  Please tell us as soon as possible that you need to cancel, so we have time to offer the appointment to others in need.  

We cannot offer the same flexibility in the case of non-attendance (No-shows). Non-attendance will be charged at the full session rate.
